Position Summary:
The Sales Representative – PVC Industry is responsible for developing and expanding sales of antifoam products and related specialty chemical solutions within the U.S. PVC production market. This role requires industry knowledge of PVC manufacturing processes, antifoam applications, and commercial dynamics within major PVC production facilities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with antifoam technologies within PVC production operations and a strong understanding of market pricing, supply chain considerations, and purchasing processes within the industry.
Business Development & Sales
Develop and execute territory sales strategies targeting PVC production facilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PVC market
Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
Achieve assigned revenue and margin targets
Develop long-term strategic customer relationships
Industry & Technical Engagement
Leverage prior PVC production experience to understand process conditions where antifoams are applied
Provide technical insight into antifoam performance characteristics, compatibility, and dosing considerations
Support product trials, plant evaluations, and performance testing
Collaborate with internal R&D and technical teams to optimize solutions for PVC applications
Market Intelligence
Maintain awareness of U.S. market pricing trends for antifoams used in PVC production
Understand raw material supply chain factors impacting cost and availability
Monitor competitive landscape and provide commercial feedback to leadership
Support pricing strategies based on market conditions and customer requirements
Relationship Management
Maintain and grow professional relationships with key stakeholders within PVC production facilities
Engage with purchasing, operations, process engineering, and R&D departments
Represent the Company at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical meetings
Industry Experience Requirements:
Prior experience working within PVC production facilities or supplying chemical additives to PVC manufacturers
Hands-on or commercial experience with antifoams used in PVC production processes
Understanding of market pricing structures and supply chain dynamics for antifoams in the United States
Established professional relationships within major PVC production sites

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
3+ years of experience in PVC production, specialty chemicals, or industrial chemical sales
Strong knowledge of PVC manufacturing processes
Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical background in defoamer/antifoam chemistry
Experience conducting plant trials and technical evaluations
Established professional network within U.S. PVC manufacturing facilities
Experience with CRM systems and territory management
Work Environment:
This position is remote with frequent travel to PVC manufacturing sites and customer facilities. The role may require exposure to industrial manufacturing environments and compliance with plant safety requirements, including use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Position Summary:
The Sales Representative – Pulp & Paper is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of customer relationships within the pulp and paper industry. This role focuses on the sale of antifoam and related specialty chemical solutions to mills, technical service providers, and industrial customers throughout the United States.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience within the pulp and paper chemical market, including familiarity with major technical service providers and knowledge of antifoam product applications and chemistry.
Business Development & Sales

Position Summary
The Director of Research & Development (R&D Director) provides strategic and operational leadership for the Company’s research, product development, formulation, process improvement, and innovation initiatives.
